I was going to take the kids to the parade and then have a wee party for the 4 of us tonight with lots of green snacks etc but the little has been up in the night with earache so I'm waiting on him to wake up and then it could be a trip to the out of hours doc instead!

The Dublin Parade is best watched from afar i.m.o.
I lived in Dublin 10 years and only made it down once. Its freezing with the wind whipping down O'Connell street!
It's a lovely day here Rosie although I think it's a lot colder than it looks out there.
I'm not a big fan of the parade and stuff but the kids wanted to go.

Its just started now
Ours doesn't start til 2.30 so I'll no doubt be caught up in it when I go do some food shopping.
Need to get it done ASAP as the town will be flooded with underage drinkers and people who use St Patricks Day as an excuse to go on a day long bender.
