We had a few inches fall yesterday evening, then quite a lot over night.  It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

It has stopped snowing. The bikes won't be used today.

5am i was woken up by an avalanche

The snow had fallen off the roof and what a din.
The kids enjoyed digging their way out the front door this morning though.. got some brill photos

aye proper north east up here  proper snowing now as well... my in laws have just moved here from australia cause they reckoned it was too hot... am awaiting the call to say they are moving back

Took me nearly 2 hours to get to work, and there was a bus crash 100m from where I park up! Mad morning!

When I first moved to Durham, people kept mistaking my Suffolk tones for an Australian accent!

that happens to mr clumsy..his accent has faded a bit but it now sounds a tad southern

I live in a cul-de-sac,my side has a big bank up to the houses, so I have just dragged my dust bin up the bank, now I have to skid back down to dig my car out of the snow,brrrrrrr

Hope I dont see one of these for a long time ,had enough last year.     

When I lived in America my Durham tones were always being mistaken of an Australian accent.

There's been a few snow showers in Lincoln but nothing significant.  I don't think this is going to be like last winter's snow.

But they let the wet in!

Watching a blizzard now folks

Snowing huge flakes here in the Tees Valley. I bought 10 kilos of rock salt yesterder mahnd!

To upset all the ones who have had snow ~ still none here in the sunny West Midlands!  Although the sky is now clouding over and when I was out in my car about an hour ago, the temperature on the dashboard got no higher than +1 degree ~shivers!

No snow here ......

No snow in Glasgow,but the East and north of Scotland has got it.

More snow over night, and intermittent snow all day, plus I am wearing boots that leave the best footprints EVER!!!!
