but Velvet if two are up it makes no difference if it's a vote to save/evict.

I agree BB will have their winner picked and I agree it will be an idiotic chav that appeals to the lowest common denominator.

But it does make a difference, block voting happens with vote to evict, it is very unlikely to happen with vote to save, you get fairer results that way.

You're arguing against a brick wall.

Vids block voting works both ways, fans of any Hm in BBlock  block voted to evict the opposition

But Bblock was in the vote to evict days, thats my point.

The real problem with BB11 was not vote to save, but the ridiculous level of manipulation of the eviction process. Josie may have won anyway, but she'd have had a run for her money if it hadn't been for that 4-way eviction (with Josie safe) that got rid of all serious competition prior to the final week.

Lets face it: when a HM such as that heretical fraud Dave comes second with only 9.1% of the total vote out of 5, you just know something's seriously wrong...

Connor never would have been evicted with this voting format, he had alot of teeny girl fans, and his horrible HM friends fans would have block voted to keep him in.

I hear what you're saying Video, but I think you're wrong.... I think he would have been out on his ear

I actually think Conor would have won last year with this format, I really do.

Nah.....I think people would have been breaking into their piggie banks to get him out.... like me.....  Seriously, I think even people who don't normally vote would have thrown a couple of votes out there to get rid of him. I've never been a fan of the vote to save..... unless it's the final.......

I think Connor would have gone with VtE: probably over Arron, but it would have been close.

The eviction that bothered me though was Connor surviving over Shievonne, and with over 80% of the vote. That was the real chance to concentrate the vote against Connor, but there were some (IMO) very silly voting tactics going on. Over on DS and other sites, the pervailing wisdom was "Let's get rid of Shievonne: Connor will keep till next week." But of course Connor wasn't up the following week and the chance was gone. He was never going in an 8-way VtS (and may even have survived over Caroline in a VtE).

After reading the thread on DS about this, you can see blatantly that BB pick their winners, like you say Josie was conveniently saved right before the eviction and you could see how differently they were treating Jay and Arron, let's see if we can pick their winner this year  Pete BB7 was another obvious one, I can even remember saying to my daughter on launch night, there's your winner when he walked in, then you saw Nikki be evicted by the public legs leaving Pete upset, next thing you now she's back in the house

I very rarely like any of them enough to be bothered to vote to SAVE, but I quite often dislike them enough to bother to vote to EVICT.

And thats why vote to evict is so unfair, your not voting for a HM you like, so you could just bump off the HM's you dislike without actually having any interest in any HM, but you could be helping vote out someone elses fav HM...very unfair.
