Oi, I'm a knitting nana and all my DILs friends are forever asking her to ask me to knit for their little ones too as they love the stuff I make.

I'd love to be a Nanna as I love children and spent many younger years working with them but no sign of it, especially as son's wife has recently walked out and despite what he's painfully going through I really hope the right woman comes along that appreciates him for who he is, whether it happens or not I've also no clue if they will ever have children, would be great if it's a potential in the future, if not I have to learn to accept it's not to be.

Mr C seems to be suffering from Grandfather forgetfulness already.  Last night I was asking my son if he was excited to become and uncle, Mr C said 'how can he be the uncle when I am the uncle', no dear you're the grandfather.  There there.
