That really sucks , but it has been known for ages there wasn't going to be any Live Feed.

My daughter just asked me if I was getting excited about BB - she was amazed when I told her I wouldn't be watching - I've watched every series since the first

They either record the house 24/7....therefore showing these recordings on the net at a cost is not a money problem, or they don't because of the cost of cameramen.....

Gonna save us a lot of money, never going to be able to know who to vote for if I'm only seeing them on the highlights show.

Erm, not wanting to state the obvious, but if you're asking the question of 'who watches live feed' on a forum full of hardcore Big Brother fans, you're likely to get a lot of 'I do'.

Am gutted although we were already pretty sure this was going to happen, like Aquarius said it will be financial suicide for them as who will bother to vote when we only see what ch 4 want us to see, as well as cost I'm sure the "control" bit comes into all this and ch 4 wanting to avoid any ofcom calls this year, wonder if we will even get LF during the night

But they are shooting themselves in the foot! No live feed means that the papers and mags are not going to be interested.

There is LF in the night,but I completely agree.The lack of it in the day means we only see what the producers want us to see

can only hope that the potential Housemates know there is no live feed and won't be going to bed early so at least people will be able to record it to watch

the ONLY coverage of BB is gonna be the HL show?
so...do they expect people to pay money voting on a show, when for all WE know they could be turning up every morning, reading the script for the day, then going off to a hotel every night?

and we are just expected to "take their word for it" that these "hms" (they could be actors) are living in the house 24/7 for weeks?
then WHATS THE POINT??
the orginal concept of the show was that a group of "ordinary" (yeah right) people get shut in a house for weeks and WE get to see how they interact?......might as well watch eastenders,

its quite obvious that c4 are scared to death of any sort of "controversy" as in "Shipla gate" or Alexs "bop bop bop gate" ever happening again, RIP Big Brother

Read this today by craig he is a nice guy but a little out of date he thinks there is a LF and a online one too. Hope the HM know and stop up all night no reason for BB to get them up in morning we won't see it

So they are going to employ the lens guys to film the housemates 24/7 - for some production team to decide what is interesting enough to show on a one hour highlight show each night.

Hate to say it, but I yes I as in me n u decide whats bloody interesting/watchable.

I saw the first advertisement for BB this evening and I got a bit of a chill up my spine even just at the theme-tune - then I swiftly mentally gave myself a slapping - I AM NOT going to vote this year or even visit their crappy site

Tbh I really hope this 10th year is the last year of BB. It's lost it's way, lost the interest of viewers, lost the interest of many fans who've watched from the beginning like me.
Endemol gave birth to BB and have gradually killed off BB.

This will only be the third year I've watched it though, so having not seen any before BB8, I'm a real newbie and haven't a clue, apart from what I've read on here (well, not exactly here....you know what I mean) about how bad it's got in the last couple of years

Personal viewpoint maybe but the early years of BB were the best, many of us have nostalgic memories of those years which have never been repeated, *sigh*

So I've read. My Mum has been addicted since the start and always tried to get me to watch, I always said it wasn't my thing - now I'm addicted and kick myself for not listening to Mum - she's always right, damn her!

I think we can all mostly agree that they BB early years were the best. All those sleepless nights and days we had because we couldn't tear ourselves away from the tv/pc. Happy days for sure. We all have our faves and all have those HM's who made our blood boil.

That's what gripped us, and now it's just not got the pulling power.

Having no LF is tantamount to visiting the zoo and finding only recordings of what the animals did earlier.

Well they've taken the concept of 'BB is always watching you' down to the bares bones..

BB will be the only one watching them .. poor wannabee's this year won't get the air time they crave .. shame......

Most HL only reality shows last for about 4 weeks maximum (eg IACGMOOH) . . no way 13 weeks or so of only HL shows will keep the audience interested..

Not enough people my eye. Its so we can't see how its being fixed edited so BB's favourate will win.

It seems an awful lot of man hours are going to be put into a one hour show. Technicians, cameramen not mention producers etc 24 hours a day for 2 months. Makes you wonder why they are bothering.
