I am a clod hopping size 7
you must get great bargains.
How is mum?
I DON'T GET BARGAINS!! Seems to be quite a few size 7's (I am actually do myself a disservice here.. I am strictly a 6.5... but end up getting 7's when I can't get the half sizes)
And Mum is actually very well now thanks Erin Its been bloody awful since Xmas.. ironically since she was officially in partial remission, she has been in the most pain since this began. Raw arthritis (cos she was no longer on the meds she'd been on before she was diagnosed with cancer)... idiot GP too scared to treat the arthritis - just kept upping the doses of morphine, til me poor mam was hallucinating, off her face, vomitting... and still in pain!
Finally went to see the ONcologist a couple of weeks ago, who was appalled at the GP (I swear that man had better start running if he ever see's me coming towards him in Sainsburys)... and immediately put Mam back on steroids. 2 days later - pain gone.
Then the GP (& yeah, I know... begged them not to go to him anymore, but they did)... instructed parents to reduce her morphine so fast that she went into full blown withdrawel. I only sussed what was wrong with her cos I recognised her symptoms from the Trainspotting movie.
So... slipped her 10ml.. and she was right as rain! She's nearly off the morphine now & is finally tickety boo... hopefully for a while.
Last few months taken its toll on my Dad... he looks tired, & old... I am just hoping for a drama free few months so we can all just enjoy the time we have been blessed with
Thank you for asking
