after two all day shifts, one of 11 hours and one of 14 hours, having cooked for a good 1600 people of that time...if Im honest, I can think of better things than watching them enjoy the fruits of my labour!!

 

however, on a personal level, I LOVE cooking and watching people enjoy eating it, but love it even more when I am the one doing the appreciating, which I am tonight the Gyps is knocking up a turkish stew...Mmmmmm!!
