i think the acts that he's mentored overall have done better than most. Maybe they've not had a long career but he's done his best and ...............let's be honest - he's only ever been given absolute crap - if he'd been given something to work with he could have been dangerous!

I think that Kelly made the right decision with Jade and Janet. Although Jade has a good voice, she is another Adele, she sounds just like her, whereas Janet is totally unique. I dont think looks had anything to do with it on this occasion.

Can't quote, Gyps.. but whilst I don't think Jade was the strongest contender in the group and probably shouldn't have gone further - I disagree that Janet's unique.    Apart from the very obvious resemblances to the Diana Vickers  - the 'little girl lost' look, simpering and bare feet, they're the 'catch' in the voice, the rip off of Ellie Goulding (who would want to?) in her first performace and the Cranberries still yodel.  

I don't like her much - can you tell?  

I can't BELIEVE the acts that Louis put through.  Sorry but the guy who is unemployed (and 45 or whatever,) is a joke as a performer, and Goldie is DREADFUL, and that Kitty is 10 times more annoying and detestable than katie Waisell ever was!  I didnt think much of Jade as she was basically copying Adele.  Loads of girls did that this year.  Janet is just a copy of Diana Vickers really, and just a 'hipster...'  too cool for shoes.  I like Sami, and am SO glad she replaced Goldie, but even she is a bit of a pub singer.  

As for the groups.. what a dead loss... although I quite like the two 'essex girl' types.. very likeable..  Can't believe how AWFUL Luke Lucas was though...   

The guy just leaving his band The Keys, and not even looking back at them to wave goodbye was majorly weird.  And one of the girls from RHYTHMIX, looks like a character from over the hedge....

Her on the far left with the blue cap on... A very odd looking girl...  In fact none of them look like typical girl band material ...

OMG, same shit, different year.... EVERYONE has been RAVING about Jade not going through when Diana Vickers  Janet did.... blah blah blah...  so WHAT?  Who says that she deserved to get through more than Janet anyway?  She was over-rated from the start, and is just a Adele wannabe, and she looks bloody awful.  Nothing about the way she looks is good, and it's NOT just because she is on the portly side.  She looks ghastly (IMO.)
