It used to come on the radio everytime I was travelling to hospital to see my daughter, after she was burnt in an accident. The words just fitted perfectly!

She is fine - bad scars on both her arms and her hands, but it could have been so much worse.

She is due to have laser treatment on them soon, to try and improve them a bit, but I still can't believe how strong she has been, mentally.

 We have clashed since she was about one year old - which is when she learnt that daddy was the one to manipulate and mum was the eebil one!

She's always been very independent, but quite obsessed with 'body image', which is why I was sure it would hit her really hard. Maybe seeing other far worse off, at the burns clinic, made her count her blessings.

Michael Buble is brilliant.  I got 2 of his CDs last Christmas and I still listen to them over and over.  Makes a change from all the X Factor stuff we hear.
