I think the house has air condition, so it might be a bit chilly inside, but hot outside. I know that when I lived in Nigeria, I never knew what to wear because it was freezing in the house and sweltering outside.

oh thats a point - air conditioning can be very cold. My OH always moans when we go into certain supermarkets that it is like the north pole.
