Never forget the shouted harsh words bellowed from the belly bowels deep inside this pompous oaf.
"SIAVASH YOU FOOOOOOL"
He's deeply dippy innit
He's magnificent
They always say on BB if its Brookes like with Sam.quote:Originally posted by Cold Sweat:

Nope was Oxford University.
From his facebook page
"Oxford University Graduate 2006"
"Oxford University Graduate 2006"
I have been on hols and came home to 11 hours of BB
I liked Freddie but got to admit he is getting a bit above himself. The fool comment was damn out of order

I disagree. Freddie was one of the few not out of order.

You may think that but he`s still an Oxford graduate.

But why bring yourself down to their level?? He is playing the victim a bit much, but hey just my opinion

That's just the thing, he didn't bring himself down to their level. He argued his points very precicely. The only difference to before was that he obviously decided not be shouted down anymore.

Yes. He's an Oxford graduate. And he can't help his background any more than common as muck Lisa can help hers

At least he doesn't go on about his background/money/education etc. He is quite unassuming in that way.

Right
It's the inverted snobs in there who have made a big deal about it. If "posh" was classed as an ethnic minority, I wonder how many of them would have been warned by now for "offending another HM's culture", or whatever it was BB tried to stick Marcus with.
As Darnell said a few weeks ago, freddie needs some of Rex's swagger. That would be so sweet, if they are going to be envious from where he comes from, REALLY rub their noses in it.

I agree LL, and I think I am "well known" as one of the forums resident "lefties" but I think hes a pretty decent chap
Nothing worse than jealousy over an accident of birth and academic achievement..
He may have went to Oxford but according to BBLB ha has not got a job I know many who go to university dont get jobs, but I would have thought an Oxford graduate would would not have had much of a problem .
I really don't understand why they feel so hostile towards a very clever, educated person. I guess they feel threatened or don't want to look stupid! well that backfired then

so much competition Marge, he may have the qualifications on paper, but unfortunately in my eyes, people find him difficult to understand. Very sad
If I lived in a 15 bedroom mansion I am sure I could afford to take a break after uni before deciding my career.quote:Originally posted by Marguerita:

He may have had jobs since leaving..but doesn't have one at the moment..and I guess he is able to manage without.

I`m sure there are many unemployed Oxford graduates in this ecomomic climate Marguerita.
He`s also a free spirit so it could be he doesn`t want to settle into a career just yet.
Being an Oxford graduate is a great thing, in my opinion. It gives an indication of certain abilities, but is not necessarily an indicator of personality traits. Therefore, Freddie is no different to any other housemate when it comes to competing as a BB contestant.

Shame they've spent the past few weeks treating him different, though.
Some of them looked taken aback (because it had never occurred to them) when BB asked them how they thought he might be feeling.
Maybe Kris and co. are jealous that Fred will receive the MA purely for doing BA work. Whereas they will have to complete a full MA course to receive one.
Are Oxford graduates halfwits?

Clever comment. No problem with him being an Oxford graduate. Good for him. Just don't feel that that places him above reproach.
