More concerning that someone who already has 4 kids can use resources and time (I know she paid for it) that could be used on others with no kids

Well ... getting better for my Mum (still needs plenty of support) and not so good for my Dad who had his second round of Radio/chemo treatment today.
Worst is my Dad's total reluctance (sometimes refusal) to help out since my Mum became ill (and way before he became ill himself).
Leaving all responsibility with me.

Glad your mum is improving though and hopefully the chemo will sort your dad out too ....although I know it can sometimes be a punishing routine
