Mike, i have a telephone number of a place that will help you, it is free!! and is the legal community help, in other words these people are not the income support or anything to do with them, but they give you an over the phone interview, and they will means test you, if you qualify they will get you EVERYTHING you are entitled to!! they will stay with you right through it all, they will not let yo down if they accept you.

i got these people, because the doctor for incapacity deemed me fit to work, long story short, i had ALL MY MONEY STOPPED!! i appealed against it all, they said tehy did not get the appeal, you would not believe the nightmare i had, i was seriosuly at the end of my rope, then because i wanted it to go to the tribunal i then managed to find these lovely people, they did everything for me!! i went to the tribunal with a wedgefull of documents that they had prepared, and the chairman with just asking me one question, not only rewarded the incapacity back to me, but everything was back dated.

i am not saying the CAB is useless but they were not much help. this is why i was soo desperate, i cannot give the phone number on this forum, if you want it i will PM it to you.

I don't know what to advise, but CAB were helpful to us when my hubbie was made redundant.

I'm sure the CAB will advise this but contact your mortgage company ASAP if you think you will have trouble paying it.
