Agree C5 need a good start to the new series. Hope they live up to the hype and succeed where C4 sadly let it go to the dogs. Also read somewhere there will be live streaming maybe on 5* late nights. The ( red button) is the way to go to keep it up there.

Agree Sprout and the law needs changing to stop these "Super Injunctions" and get back to Free Speech which democracy is supposed to be about. If they do the Crime then they should do the time. This just shows this society is becoming 2 tier- One for them that can afford and the other for them that can't.

I tend to agree with another poster elsewhere. It's one law for the rich etc. Bog knows why anyone should be harassed over a case of adultery, a private act between adults. I know that none of us on here, or our friends on FB have ever been tempted to stray, and for that we should enjoy a certain amount of smugness. However maybe we should level the playing field. That housewife up the road who has been begatting the decorator? Should we be able to send in the details to our local newspaper so that she and her family may enjoy her 15 minutes of fame? It would make an excellent and entertaining column.

I'm a bit confused here tbh, why would non 'celebs' want a super injunction Surely the press/ public /twitterers wouldn't be remotely interested in gossip about the dalliances of Mrs. Smith and Mr. Jones down the road so it wouldn't be necessary?.....Oh and your comment about no-one here or fb etc. ever having being tempted to, (never mind actually,) stray made me LOL!
