From London to Bournemouth. I am so scared because I don't know anyone. I am gonna be going back to college, so can hopefully meet people, but in the meantime, I am worried. I have met some girl on facebook who is moving from Kent to Bournemouth, so that's good. What did any of you do, when you moved a long distance, ie. meeting people?

I didn't have choice I moved into flat with 5 strangers and made friends with them
Well - i haven't but networking sites are a great resource - my friend used one and has never looked back

I soon met people at my new work place, my new neighbours, at my childrens school etc. Good luck with your move and I am sure you will soon feel at home.

I moved from Scotland to England when I was 17teen I met new friends through work etc you will be amazed at how quickly you will make friends dont be scared you will be fine
