I do that too Jen! I also do it when I watch a scary movie because I get a horrible fear of clammy hands coming out from under the sofa and grabbing my ankles. Strange but true.

Hi Jude Welcome to the forum
I am not sure if I am the best one to help, but, start by clicking on your name by your post. When you get to your profile, you can edit by clicking the left and corner prompt.
Edit your avatar.. some nice ones there or you can uploada custom one from your comp.
There is a thread by Rafe on the front page.. first thread. That is very helpful.
