I normally hate fresh cream trifle but I really fancied one and it's very nice. I think it's a weird craving.

I can only tolerate a tiny amount cooked in sauces.

I do love trifle - when I was a kid it was a staple following Sunday night's salad. Home made by mum with sliced swiss roll as the spongey bit *drooool* and always hundreds and thousands!
