I've been there once. Glorious place..
Makes a note to visit.Beautiful place.
Sooooo beautiful (sigh)
It was overcast and drizzly when we were there, but even that couldn't overshadow what a stunning place it is - in fact, it added to the atmosphere of it being wild and isolated on a tempestuous coast.
It's full of musicians as well, which is good. Wish we'd had longer than just a flying visit.

We always park outside "Norman and Martin's"
Beautiful pictures Joe, envy you living somewhere like that. I am freezing cold, have the heating on and am in thickest pyjamas, hubby's socks and my fluffy slipper boots, my hubby's thick dressing gown and still cold. It's the coldest here I have known for years.
Main roads have been gritted but side roads have black ice and are quite dangerous, the council don't bother with them much and there have been some near misses on the road for a week or more, the thing is that our road is used as a short cut and gets a lot of passing transport and could really do with being gritted.
