I don't know if this helps but think of the things that are positive and keep you going, then think of the things you can change about the way your feeling, and then just work out the bad feelings one at a time...I really hope you feel better, I'm giving you A MASSIVE LOVING HUG..Reference: velvet

Chicken, I agree with other FMs, it is probably a good idea to have a chat with your GP and explain how unhappy you are.
