i've tried google-no answer
so
im after the name of a woman who competed in the vancouver world championships..i think..in the 1990's
she's a black woman
i think she's american and competed in the 400m hurdles
and she had a cushion thrown at her-it hit her in the mush and she lost lol!

me and OH have been racking our brain cell

does anyone know who it is..?
