So what did you make of the American lady that said this and then was fired with in the first few weeks of the show?

Obviously TOO rough and TOO tough.
She was Ok. Not very rough and tough though lol. She brought the wrong people into the boardroom with her and paid the price. She committed the ultimate crime for me as a project leader though in not keeping to the deadline which resulted in them in having a very poorly printed box at the end.
I found her tendency to resort to psychobabble irritating. It alomost divorced her from the real world of business where psychological tools can be drawn on but are not a modus operandi on how to manage.
Considering her background, her performance during the task she PM'd was atrocious. Had she been 'rough and tough' she might have made a better job in controlling Philip, who's Pantsman idea was what lost them the task.
