what channel package are you on sprouty? I've got the V+ box and upgrading to Tivo tomorrow and they'll put the old box in the bedroom for nothing. Costs an extra 5 quid for the tivo box, but if you're on less then the XL telly packaging they whack up the price of the box. my fifty quid will pay for the installation of the Tivo box

They do, but Mr K said that as we pay for everything through them it was the least they could do....they hummed and haaa'd but gave in in the end....and everytime they have an offer for new customers and he wants the same, he rings up and gets that too, they must be sick of the sound of him by now

I got a very cheap mobile deal with them, but now I know I can get more for the same price......I'm going to get onto it soon
