Hubby has just come back from his parents with two cake stands for me ... one belonged to his father's mother. He (FIL) told me last week that it was worth £1,000 and he wanted me to have it. Bless him, it is chipped to high heaven and has no markings on the bottom of it, he is as blind as a bat!!!
