Kids have all kinds of so-called weird names nowadays, it's the older generations who find it odd - not their peer group.

 

Evening all 

When Miss K was young there were two kids at her school called Zen and Saphire ....Ridge.......that was odd in the 80s, but nobody would bother these days

And on the other end of that, my niece (in her early 30's) has a daughter called Maisie   

 

We all thought hmmm at the time but I like it 

It's one of those old fashioned names that have become very popular again....I like it

yep got a couple of Maisies in school -
