I can't moan about Gillian not giving the food thing a try cos i would refuse point blank myself...however, the underground thing was not a big deal and I wouldn't be a wuss over bugs and spiders and rats etc.

I would have had screaming abdabs in the underground task.  Think it all depends what each persons phobia is.  Although Gilliam seems to have more than one and doesn't seem to know this show very well.  If she had watched previous series of this show she would have realised the public either nominate someone weak or someone they really don't like for the bush tucker trials.

Ah but would you scream everytime a fly comes near you....does she behave like this walking down the street here in summer? I think probably not.

I thought I was going to like Nigel, but he's turned out to be rather miserable, about the company, the food, the talking.....

I like nigel because of that...though i did think he'd be a bit more laid back.

She's a mixed up person, part Gail Porter, part Nyree Dawn Porter (the actress).

Gail Porter was going to be one of the contestants but dropped out at a late stage. She is a television presenter. She did do some photos for lads mags in the late 90s, but relatively tasteful photos - the best known was the time that her photo was superimposed over The Houses of Parliament (not permitted to show photo here). Dawn porter is a presenter who has done stuff for Sky as well as Balls of Steel.

Nigel is getting on my nerves, i thought he'd be good TV but he seem's to be just picking on Lembit all the time now, i'm starting to like Lembit more now (never thought i'd say that)  yes he's annoying but i think he's just trying too hard to fit in

OH NOOOOO! I detest that Jenny Eclair. She is not funny and never has been. i happened to see a clip of her stage show. Joan Rivers she is not, but, she thinks she is. Her humour does not come across the way Joans does and so, she sounds crude not funny. I was put right off her when she was on room 101 and she wanted to put goody bags in there until Paul Merton gave her one with allsorts of lovely stuff in it. She then changed her mind and asked if she could take the bag home. They let her. It was the way she did it, she came across as very greedy and selfish

Back to Gillian MacKeith. Did peeps see This morning? It showed her talking to Stacey about why she screams. She does it for Flipping airtime! She was saying how the public won't be bothered about anyone being quiet and meek and mild, but if someone is screaming and making noise they will get the airtime! Like someone said, she is that scared of creepy crawlies/bugs/everything, that she always has a sound nights sleep. 

A bit of an actress is Gillian. If she was so scared she wouldnt sleep a wink, but she sleeps soundly

I half caught bits of This Morning and you're right - airtime all the way. Cheeky mare!
They also had her daughter on the phoneline and she naturally defended her mum.
Interestingly, MacKeith doesn't have a tv and allegedly knew little about the show.

But obviously knew enough to know how to MILK the airtime.

Gillian also said she had never seen the programme ,but later she said she had discussed what she would and wouldn't do with her agent while she was in the jungle,how do you discuss the unknown.

The pair – who are set to be accompanied by ‘This Morning’ presenter Alison Hammond later in the week – are among eight stars who have been lined up to enter the jungle in case any of the current celebrities decide to leave 

We are not getting the programme tonight because England playing footy, never stopped last night when Scotland was playing and won by the way !!

Well Dawn Porter is presenting an item on the One Show tonight...unless its pre-recorded which some are.

Dawn Porter has been on the guest panel on the ITV2 spin off show of Im a celeb all week so i can't see that she would be going in
