Dom Joly and Alison Hammond have landed in Australia today, fuelling reports that they will join the I'm A Celebrity lineup later in the series.

Both Joly and Hammond were in a leaked list of names linked to the latest series of the ITV1 reality programme, which was revealed by The Sun newspaper earlier this week. However, neither the TV comic of ex-Big Brother star was on the official ITV list, which was announced yesterday.

However, as the pair have both been spotted at Brisbane Airport, speculation has grown that they may join the original cast of ten celebrities at a later stage in the contest or act as stand-ins if anybody walks out.

X Factor stars John and Edward Grimes will make a surprise appearance in this year's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here, Konnie Huq appears to have suggested.

During tonight's edition of The Xtra Factor, the former Blue Peter presenter commented that the length of Aiden Girmshaw's fringe had started to rival the eye-catching hairstyle of the Irish pop duo and proposed a "measure-off" between the two acts.

However, Huq commented that such a contest could only take place "if they weren't in the jungle of course", apparently unaware that Jedward were not among the ten celebrities confirmed for the new series of ITV's wild reality show.

Rumours that Jedward had agreed to participate in the tenth edition of I'm A Celebrity... have been circulating since August, prompting reigning champion Gino D'Acampo to back their possible appearance on the programme.

I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! returns tomorrow at 9pm on ITV1.

Hi folks. I'll be watching this for the first time tomorrow night. I was wondering what format they use. Is it just one episode a week that catches up on a whole week and how long does it run for?
It will probable be daily from today for 3 weeks finishing on 3 December if it's like previous years. It's a mix of live and catch-ups of the highlights. Each episode is followed by I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! NOW! which I suppose is the equivalent of Big Brother's Little Brother, and is on ITV2.
