I think his behaviour towards Rachel was out of order and totally unnecessary. I go from liking the block to wanting to deck him. He is full of contradictions and insecurities, which do not excuse his behaviour but explains it to a certain degree. I think he can be quite sweet and a good shoulder to cry on, but he just needs to listen more to what people say to him.
