None of the women seem to have picked up on her complete lack of sisterly solidarity.

Admittedly, the women to bond with in there are non existent, but she's a mans woman, and always will be.

I honestly don't find her flirty at all. I do think she's comfortable around men and I think she was nice to Sree, when others were picking on him at first.

Then when Sree went overboard, she suddenly had Marcus thinking he was her knight in shining armour, protecting her from the little pest, by constantly attacking and belittling him in front of the group.

Noirin thought this was part of his friendship with her, but Marcus saw himself as one of his action figures, finally released from its box, and thought he was winning the damsel's heart.

I still think she's a gobby cow, though.

Noirin the biggest user in the history of BB, the I will use any guy to get airtime and she has certainly done that.

Thing is this is a tactic that could be very effective.Blokes like their egos massaged,women like to be complimented.....flirting can go an awful long way in this world.Noirins probably got a long way in life doing this..and shes not alone,I'm not adverse to a bit of flirting to get my own way(well,when I was younger lol!)
But she didnt bank on Marcus being so persistent and it may well backfire on her.

I did go through a period of liking and supporting Noirin when she was getting a lot of abuse for asserting her right to chose who she does or doesn't like, but since then I've seen a very cold and calculating side to her.
Her criteria for chosing her friends doesn't seem so much "what have you done for me lately?" but "what are you going to do for me now".

He wont know but surely there's little point in trying to win him over if she's put him up hoping he'll go.

She's not my winner at the moment but I do like her. And as I said in another thread, aside from what Marcus said about him groping her in bed and her not moving his hand (which I have to treat as dubious given his "I was put in here as a piece of meat" version of reality), she has done nothing but have a laugh and be affectionate to people she gets on with. If she did indeed let him grope her in bed, then that's obviously leading him on. But other than that, as far as I'm concerned, she tried to nicely tell Sree and Marcus she wasn't interested without hurting their feelings and remain friends with them. But they were never interested in being her friend. They were the ones with ulterior motives and sly agendas
