Nor can I get into my personal zone, dont even know if this will work. Any ideas?

I had quite a few probs the other day with posting messages. I kept losing the text. It happened a few times yesterday as well but I find that if I hit the refresh button it takes me back to my typed message. Then I can re-send. Saves typing it all again. This prob seems to have happened within the last week and quite a few FMs are experiencing it.
