No is that that white stuff that comes in a jar, I've always wanted to try it but I don't know what you are supposed to do with it.

You can get a small tub from the supermarket refridge area. Just eat it with bread or like a dip as a starter.

I just googled that Tzatziki, it sounds lovely, one one website it said have it with grilled pitta bread, or with cold meats, I may have to get some.
Then you are ready to try what Leccy refers to as Greek pease pudding, or humous as they call it. You will find it next to the tzatziki. Eat it mit Italian breadsticks. Yum!

I've had humous loads of times, a lot of my female freinds love it, to be honest it's OK but not amazing, sometimes I find it a bit bland. When ever me and my mates get together for a gathering humous is always on the menu. I like spicy food, funny I ate celery raw but I can eat it no problem if it's been cooked in something like a stew.

A lot of feta is made from sheep or goats' milk... I really can't do it - why do they always give veggies goats cheese as a starter?
Anyhow 'Apertina' is a feta made from cow's milk and I actually do prefer the light rather than the original. Highly recommended. Tesco does have the cubed original on offer at half price right now - 84p it's in a tub.

Feta is made from goat semen. Hence the salty taste.

That's something else I've never tried, I'm trying to be more adventureous with food, I'm going to eat more fish as well. I love food and I love cooking, I'm not brill at it but confident enough to have a crack at new things. At least if it tastes like poo I can only blame myself.
How is the flat mate?Is she doing her pots n did she buy the loo roll?

I came home Sunday night after being out with my mate all day down the pub, and she had left a plate covered in ketchup with some used cutlery in the sink, that was still there this morning, and no she's still not bought any loo roll, also this morning the heating was on, it's nearly flippin summer!

Mmmm, just had red peppers stuffed with feta, tomatoes and garlic. I'm so glad you can't smell my breath.
Mmmmm Feta cheese is gawjuss. Greek food is my absolute favourite.
Ah, the power of suggestion. Just changed my dinner from stir fry to feta cheese and mint parcels.
