He’s not ‘dim’ either, I think that’s quite rude – he’s simply adapting to and learning in a different country to that which he grew up.

OK fair enough he may not be 'dim' but he is desperate to win, he is also trying very hard not to let the real Rodrigo out,
he is trying VERY hard to keep up his 'nice' persona and THAT is why he gets so upset when he lets it slip and has one of his tantrums,
but that aside the thing I dislike most about him is he is SUCH a bloody goody goody ass kisser, "dont disrespect this dont disrespect that, dont break the rules" all well n good, BUT HE has NO problem disrespecting stuff or rule breaking when it suits HIM,
He likes to play with Charlie but ONLY on HIS terms,
