Undernourished man wers skinny jeans

a lot of people you see on the catwalk are undernourished

Undernourished people are all around us

Undernourishment can lead to dizzynes - leave you staggered

Not sure about the multiple uses - and it's more than 3 syllables - which is probably why it's not correct.

Extremely Fluffy Fluffy Thing

I thought of 'audacious'.  Something audacious can leave you speechless or be staggeringly good (or bad), some cat-walk gear could be described as audacious.  But then it isn't - as far as I know - in the medical dictionary.  As for 'all around us' then that doesn't hang together either, unless that clue refers to the last two letters of the word.  Another thought - if the question setter is a fan of cryptic crosswords then the 'us' could appear in the middle of the word, like 'fussy' etc.

I really am giving up now, bugger it!

Someone posted an additional clue Soozy that said it only had 3 syllables. I think it was Elaine up there somewhere who posted quite a few other clues.

I'm still none the wiser though.

Rexi, I'm doing all I can to avoid this, but it's one of the few threads on here that is actually altering my state of mind in real life.

Me too - every night it goes round and round in my brain!
