I tried to purchase a dress of a Website called 'AX Paris', they supply boutique dresses to New Look Shops, anyway I tried to buy a dress for their website, but the order failed, then I tried again (using my credit card), again it failed.  I though nothing off it then I looked at my Junk mail a couple of days later and it said the order failed but my account may have been charged and I check with t my CC company and I had been charged twice for a dress that I will not recieve. 

 

I went to ring the company but they do not have a contact number for customer (only a whole sale number), they operate a 'ticket' system and you write your query/problem and they answer it. I wrote one stating my problem over a week ago and they have yet to get back to me.  In the event they son't get back to be in the next week what can I do? Are there any companies who can sort it out (such as CAB?) I am fuming because the company is a fairly well established company with a good enough reputation.
