That's really weird and coincidental. I was going to start a thread and ask people whether they liked changing them and if they do, why and how often and is it not confusing as people tend to know you by your avatar on first sight.

 

Because I was going to change mine, but was a bit undecided.

 

I suppose in your case I would ask if you like to keep to a theme or not. Me personally I chose things I like the look of and not necessarily something that is a direct relation to me if that makes sense.

I'm all in favour of changing avi's....trouble is I never know what to 

I like consistency ..otherwise I keep mixing everyone up

If I change my own, I don't recognise myself, so there's precious little hope for anyone else!

I find it easier to recognise people by their avi's, but an infrequent change doesn't confuse me I have trouble trying to find one I like enough to justify replacing captain phil

• Select images
• in the search bar type a keyword or words, in my case abstract cheese.

Hiya - Cosmo & EFFT - I have been a purple mobius strip for quite some time now. I may have started off as a person, but I have had my current guise for quite some time so can't remember. I have a series of these and I will work my way through them over time.

 

The one constant being the purple mobius strip.
