Wagga dots are for life.

Why not get them all over your face?  There is nothing more attractive that tats above the neck, so everyone can see them.  

In theory if one has the wagga dots on the hands one should have the wagga dots on the face too.
Yer cannot call yerself a true monkey-hanger otherwise.

A wagga dot to denote that one is from the delightful (as was) wagga area of Hartlepuddle.  Either a dot on the face or on the fingers.

Also known as a "Borstal dot" in neighbouring Peterlee, though Peterlee has never had a borstal...and it isn't necessary to have ever been to borstal to sport one.
