Yes, proper two foot away live  I'll try and find the photo's, the dresses are to die for and I'll pop them in our PM Rexi  I've not seen her since Liverpool 2009, I don't think she's toured here since.

She's brilliant Rosie, I was at this concert in 1989 in London...we were very close to the front, so I dread scanning the front rows 

Wow Dame you're so lucky to have been there  Not only is Diana Ross a fabulous singer, she's part of music history  Must have been amazing to see her in the flesh.

 I have to agree Rosie, I'm a massive Motown fan..and she was Motown to me 

She wears those fitted sequin dresses so well, she's actually not that tall, about my height 5' 3". On that occasion we were on the first two or three row from the stage on the end of the aisle. So every time she had a dress change she ran past us, although we were all warned not to reach out or make sudden movements by her security  She made comments to loads of us every time she passed 

Wow Dame - how cool is that!!!  She sounds nice too. Had no idea she's so tiny though 

I adore Motown. When I was younger it was me and my friends' favourite getting-ready-to-go-out music  Its such feelgood stuff. 

I think its more hair than height  I've been decorating most of the day and alternating between Motown and Pink, but at least I felt happy working, even if I wasn't
