I think he was a bit of a scapegoat...an easy one... for the the rest of that crowd in Westminster during the pandemic. Ultimately the buck stopped with him, but the orders were from higher up. Still don't understand him going in there though.

It wasn’t really the pandemic that did for him….it was the snogging during lockdown which he was very pro for,for us poor mugs
