Usually when I switch on in the morning (after a night's sleep) there are at least SOME New Posts made after I switched off the previous night, but this morning there are none!

Hopefully they will iron some of the problems out Fluffs...the stark white background space would be a massive help, it's driving most of us nuts and is there anyway we can see more of the conversations in threads. One thread with peoples complaints questions would be good.
At the minute we have two threads with explanations and complaints in every other thread on the forum

Saint, you should make a thread on https://www.gagajoyjoy.com/foru...questionssuggestions giving as much information as you can as to what pages or what you were trying to do when your laptop crashes. You should also say what operating system your laptop uses and which browser and version you use. This is likely to be a complex problem to solve. You should also say what you mean when you say the laptop crashes such as does your laptop switch off, does your laptop freeze, does your browser stop working. Are any error messages shown and if so what do they say. Mean while try using a different browser to see if that crashes your laptop. I doubt if I can help but it's possible that Lori may or she may advise you to make a report on the Social Strata site.

Is this for real, Saint? If this IS for real, you'll want to do what El Loro suggested, and post a ticket to our support site. If it's happening, I suspect it's something more to do with your lappy, since out of all the tickets I've seen, I've yet to see THAT issue.

Saint, it may be that if you are using an old laptop that there's a compatability issue with the code being used to create the website. So what I said about operating system and browser and which version could be very relevant. You should post the details as set out either on the Social Strata help site which you will need to log into: https://www.socialstrata.com/support/topics/hoopla or email support@socialstrata.com with the details and it will open a private support topic on that site for you.
Will do - it is a genuine issue - but probably my issue

I'm afraid the morning is never a good time for me to post unless I am on leave which is not the case at the moment but I have booked a whole bunch of weeks off over Xmas and the new year so expect a lot of absolute rubbish from me but having said that I also have some great threads for the new year which I hope to deliver over a short period of time and as a result I am also hoping for a strong response from the GGJJ forum members however I am not expecting a one sided response and no doubt there will be a whole host of different opinions and if you are still reading this dirge then I have just heard the spring of my toaster and that means I need to go butter the slices in preperations for a whole can of baked beans yes a whole can call me greedy if you like but I do love a can of beans and before anyone asks they have no effect on me in a flatulence sense before I forget I will be enjoying my beans with a glass of diet cherry Pepsi such a delicious combination my mouth is watering just thinking about it and to finish off I will be having a few of my birthday chocolates some M&S truffle type balls and trust me they are superb try them go on try them in fact I am so convinced that no one is actually reading now that my cheque book is open and waiting and I will write a cheque to anyone who wants one so here I go signing off this transmission for Fluffy beans at the ready peace love respect and if you want more pearls of wisdom then scoot over to any thread which bears my name and you know my name...
