Agree with all that. I'm gutted he's still there, can't think of one reason why he deserves to be in the Final

I have only one question about Sam:  were the deaf community in agreement for him to be representing them?

 

I often wonder about this representing thing when it comes to HM's

'Doing it for <insert local area here>'

'Representing <a particular age group>'  etc., etc.

 

What happens if your version of representing doesn't particularly meet with the approval of those whose banner you're waving?  

 

 

I agree and what's more, I thought it telling when he said he would take his hearing aid out if he didn't want to engage. He's surely not an ambassador.

As someone on the edge of the Deaf community I must say that there doesn't seem to be much knowledge of him. He appears not to be Deaf with a capital D! Although those London Deafies are a law into themselves, so who knows, he may be part of them. I'm a tad ignorant of the facts since I don't watch.

There was a piece on Sky News about him. He was banned for his vulgarity and foul mouth and for attacking customers with a pool cue. The Landlord commented that since he was on Deal or No Deal he thinks he's some sort of celebrity and is really rude and nasty...so there you go

I read about that online, didn't know it was on Sky News. Considering he seems to be popular with rent a mob and on FB does that mean they don't read papers or watch the news

@cosmopolitan The London Deaf community is renowned for their independence. They totally organise and support themselves.
