yeah we're all homesick. the old forum worked a treat and this one does not come anywhere near as good. and all the smilies don't ever load up and I can't quote or start a poll.

I love this format, it's easy once you get the hang of it which it didn't take long for me.

Hi Float On.   Stretch the smiley box or use the scrool bar.  They're all in there.

I prefer the other forum  least we're still all together

I miss the format too. It's not got the same "atmosphere"

I am glad that most of us made it over... but miss *home* and don't like the format...somehow, at the moment at least, it doesn't feel the same

I do Tayto but the threads are all over the place and it doesn`t show what YOU have posted. You can`t find  your or anyone elses previous posts like we could before...click on a name and there you have it. I find that one of the biggest drawbacks on here...well that and no named OP, scrolling to find the last post on a thread and quotings a bliddy pest...

I know they`re working on stuff so I`ll stop moaning..maybe.

I miss not being able to see my own (or other people`s) recent posts with just one click.
I miss that a lot.
There were responses, and questions and answers which needed acknowledging and that was an easy way of doing it.
On here it is a bit like a treasure hunt, and depends on a reasonably good memory (which I haven`t got.)
That`s my only gripe really - not being able to see recent threads with one click.

I prefer the other format but to be honest I have tried to stop comparing it as it as it only makes it harder to get used to this one,and I am pleasantly suprised that I am getting used to here,a few tweaks here and there as the mods seems to be listening to us it will be alright .. we are all together thats what counts for me
