I like order so I appreciate the recent topics forum archive  and calendar being boxed off,much more orderly.

The text seem small to me 

It looks nice I like that the messages are more defined by having one stronger colour.

That box task, is probably my all time favourite task.  I remember it so well because of Science & Kemal arguing through their boxes.

Why are people saying it's green? It looks predominantly blue to me with a bit of pink in the ribbons!

I can't describe the colours, but I like it. 

You post is black print on a blue background and roger the Alien's post is black print in a lighter blue.

The background is white with pink and blue ribbons.

The ribbons are pink on one side and blue on the other.

The background has a subtle wash from 'pinkish-bluish-white' on the right subtly turning to a pale warm yellowishness on the left.

The background colours of the posting boxes alternate between two colours:-

A definite solid pale almond green and bluish grey wasing to fawn grey

On my iPad the background colours are pale green and grey, but on my laptop the pale green is more of a pastel aqua colour.

In the end the rendition of the colourways will depend on your OS and Browser, their settings and how they interpret the coding instructions from the originator.

As I look at it this morning the obviousness of the wash seems to depend on your distance from the screen. And probably the size of your screen too.

It's very different for me this morning - the 'muddy green' is now a more pleasant shade of blue. - much better

Soozy your post telling us it's very different for you this morning is on a blue-grey washing to fawn-grey for me.

Angel's post just below  is on a green background. Yesterday I described it as pale almond green, today it is a bit greener, but not heavy.

That little square is the colour of my kitchen.

I'm a bit excited (apprehensive) the bulder is coming at 4.30 this afternoon to discuss my bathroom and en-suite - could be mayhem in this house this time next week

On my pc the colours are blue and grey, on my iPad they are green and grey. The iPad colours are stronger and more defined.

I've got pale green on all of my devices.

Thanks for putting the forum back to how it was. . the change made it look all squished up down the centre panel and it looked mucky too with them wishy washy ribbon things in the background which I could see more of due to the middle panel being less wide ...  the colours of the panels were a lot meh and dirty looking too too. . looks much better back this way. . cheers

Well, it's all changed again now that the birthday ribbons are gone.
There's still a subtle wash on the base layer, just a bit more subtle with no ribbons.the posting boxes are blue-grey and pale ice-blue/aqua.

I remember Temptation so I googled it and it mentions BEF(scroll down) so was it BEF then they became Heaven17?

Disappointed the colours have gone back to the wishy washy ones. The recent colours made it easier to separate one post from the next.

When The Human League split, Ian Craig Marsh and Martyn Ware formed Heaven 17 and the production company BEF.

As BEF they released a cassette album called Music For Stowaways. After that Glenn Gregory Joined Marsh and Ware at which point Heaven 17 were up and running.

Releases by Heaven 17 and BEF seem to alternate although Heaven 17 have released a lot more. BEF resurrected the career of Tina Turner by including her on an album with lots of other guest singers. The album Music of quality and Distinction.

This year B EF have gone back and done another MoQaD alb um with lots of guests - track-list below.

I agree YR. I liked the "new" colour scheme. Shame its gone back to "normal"

Ditto,especially with quoting posts ,they merge together again,the stronger colour separated them.
