He never rises or gets aggressive when being abused and shouted at by the yobs in there and stands up for himself without the need for shouting, swearing and insults.

I agree. Freddie for all that he can be a bit annoying in his ways but he has a heart and is such a gentle person. And bitches like Lisa and the rest see this as a weakness and pounce on him.

Exactly. And when Angel was saying that Noirin should do it, she started mentioning Angel's age and saying that it was stupid of her to agree basically because she's old enough to know better, and then she goes and does the most childish thing possible

The woman is full of contradictions. She name called Freddie again last night in the middle of her rants, someone referred to her as a dude she started to flip saying don’t call me that.

One thing she does know, is The Public kept him in so she knows he is more popular outside than the lively Sophia. Now, she's trying to belittle him and re-brand him as a "thicko" or "rude", knowing that interesting bits of arguments will be aired, but not necessarily what or who caused them.
