Why are we getting half an idea then 2/3 days later the full policy. It's simple people, if the virus isn't passed on it dies on the host or the surface it landed on within an amount of time , it's not rocket science. If you have to go out, wash your hands or use antibacterial wipes/gel.

I've been in self isolation for 4 days, my youngest daughter who works for the civil service was advise by work to self isolate due to cough, temp, tight chest and being extremely tired all the time. I have no symptoms at all and we are not sharing any space, detol and antibacterial is sprayed constantly, bathroom, taps door handles and work surfaces cleaned down every time we use them. I think it's seasonal flu but because they won't test her it means 4 more days for her and 10 more for me indoors...price worth paying though.For the first time today I saw her in the living room from the hall, I thought I was being burgled 
We made sure there was at least 9 feet between us
