You need not worry, the majority of eggs sold for food are laid by hens which have been kept away from any roosters, so the eggs are not fertilised.

Boiled eggs are the food of the Gods!   Especially when they're just the right consistency of 'runny'... and the soldiers are golden brown and dripping with butter.....

I'm making boiled egg and soldiers as I speak!

They need to be hard boiled, chopped up and in a cup with salad cream 

Me dad used to make us soft boiled eggs chopped up in a cup with butter and pepper.

Boiled eggs are nasty. Smell, taste disgusting.
