You can get messages on Twitter to tell you when it's going to pass overhead.

BUGGER! Forgot to look out!
Bump.
Another sighting will occur tonight at exactly 8:51pm. It will take about 4 minutes to cross from one side of the sky to the other and will have a -3.5 magnitude. Look towards the direction of where the sun sets as that should be its entry point tonight.
Hopefully the Earth's shadow will not obscure it like it did half way through the 10:00pm one last night.

Apparently you can see loads in the West Country
When you're out with your muckers? When you're out with your muckers and you see the ISS, you make sure your muckers know where to look to see the ISS because you always tell your muckers where to find the ISS. It's just not right not to.Reference:

Damn, missed it, writing my stupid post just above!
Was a good one tonight. The Progress Spacecraft was also visible a few minutes before the ISS appeared.
Sky cloudy so I missed it
I saw it last night Spider, amazing! Came back indoors to watch the HL show and poof! Power cut. It was so spooky, pitch black, no street lights, zilch. I thought something sinister was happening, I was even blaming it. , but I could see the ISS even better.
I saw it really clearly in London Spidey! I'd phoned my SIL to let my nephews stay up to see it too! They were really excited after! Thanks for posting this thread!
No probs. Glad some of you enjoy star gazing as I do. Next sighting will be at 9:19pm tomorrow night but I'll probably forego it in favour of the BB eviction show.
Future sightings (cloud permitting):
Saturday 8:11pm
Sunday 8:38pm
