Sounds really good Aimess, well done you!

Am going for cream and sage green on the chimney breast, but the problem is it is quite a dark blue at the mo, and the ceiling is a pale blue and it's gonna be a bugga to paint, at least 3 coats we think

my ceiling took 4 coats my neck is killing going to order some new blinds tomorrow, need to hurry up and do another coat of gloss on the window sill

You have done well, Aimee. I`m quite good at painting but I can`t wallpaper. Hubby isn`t much better but luckily our eldest son is very handy. He`s done all the tiling in the bathroom for us, too.

don't like wallpapering but it don't look to bad, it all matches up and everything i even ripped the fireplave surround off, its sitting on the drive at the min with a big mirror, was hoping someone would have nicked it overnight but its still there
