and i have to say, i have stopped trying to find my way around, and it's much better.
i see things recently posted on the right hand panel and click on those that tweak my interest.
and i've been chatting away, having a chortle and enjoying the company .
i've seen people on here i have rarely if ever posted with and yet on the clouds everyone is just talking to anybody and everybody,

i've decided i rather like it. Big Grin

i reckon that there are a couple of things that are contributing to the free and jolly atmosphere over there.

1) we are all in the same wobbly boat, and therefore cling to any flotsam within reach, whether we have posted with them before or not, and cling together like limpets.

2) it's an unfamiliar format so anyone who is intent on keeping old rivalries alive don't have a clue where to do it.... Laugh

c)being gregarious we are dazzled by new ,shiney people over there.

I think so too, Shar. Everyone's finding their feet, and those that have got the hang of it are really helpful.

In some ways it'll be a relief to be over there properly.

Right, offski. Need my pit and its comforts. wavey

there doesn't seem to be a list of threads on there like there is here, or I haven't found it, anyway - maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.
I spend a couple of minutes there, and then i run away, back to here, where I know what I am doing. Frowner
i tend to click on the blogs under 'explore' lots of chatting goes on in the blogs.just leap in.

This forum is more like a sinking ship. People are leaving in their droves.

thats because bb has ended always happens

It hasn't always happened like this because we haven't been here when Big Brother has been on previously. This forum was much busier before this years series even started.

Too right JB! Clapping
It's a bit like shedding an old skin and growing a new one. You feel a bit sensitive and vulnerable but it allows you to grow...

Well observed and all true mostly ... Laugh

But all that aside, I do like the 'feel' of it and I do hope that remains even when this forum has been moved, even with all the kicking and screaming ... Ninja

I agree about the River Island site.... I hate it when everything wooshes to the left, then bounces to a stop!

And the items are tiny.... no 'show all' function!

I had to endure it today though... in search of the perfect 'boyfriend' blazer for daughter!

(they look mightily like Rick Astley style blazers to me!)
