I knew Alan Pardews name (he's the Newcastle manager)  but I wouldn't recognise him.  To be honest the pub we go to is in an area where loads of the Newcastle players live so they are quite often in that pub.  But the only one I could honestly say I recognise is Alan Shearer, and all I'll say is what a miserable miserable man.

Aaaah I see! Yes mr summer would have known, he's a Newcastle fan. I've heard from local people that mr shearer is a grumpy miserable man when approached by fans I like that big Chinatown street in Newcastle, we went there for some scran after a match one time

But you got it the wrong way around, you're supposed to go to Stowell Street BEFORE the match, then to Soho for cocktails afterwards.

 

(As for Shearer, he's miserable even when he's not being approached by fans)
