Bloody do it! Tell you what, my ex husband owes me ten years of maintenance for 3 kids. He earns £17 an hour and works 7 days a week(double time on a Sunday too). Been on to the csa for all this time but as he's self-employed he can get away with it. He doesnt tell the truth about what he earns and I dont know how he gets away with the tax and NI side of things, but he does. Mankes me sick So, if that was me Id flamin do it! Seriously tho'... Suppose you'd be the one to end up in court getting done for it. Even if you explained the maintenance side of things. SO UNFAIR Anyway, off to work now... NOT for £17 and hour; on minimum wage me!
