Don't knock agency work .................................my daughter started with an agency and is now in a fantastic staff position - if you do a good job it doesn't always go unnoticed.

hi veggie, its a retensions agent for virgin mobile.... call centre work basically .. i have tried to break away from this after 3 years in a call centre..(then redundancy) but i could not even get a simple shop job as its all word of mouth.. but its a wage

just had the agency on the phone.. they want payslips from 2006 when i started the last job to prove i worked there, as they cannot call them due to the company going into receivership...... also want proof i had a pot on & as i was not claiming until i was able to work they are not happy.....
have to dig up proof i was incapacitated, proof when i finally signed on as well... i hate agencies
